Spring Equinox 2021; WOW! It’s already halfway through March! Hope everyone is doing well. We’ve actually gotten some good rain the last two weeks which we have REALLY needed. The hills here have been so bare and brown for so long. This week we’ve seen a bit of the green which is good.

Here at the workshop we’ve been plugging away into the wee hours of the night to bring you new cute characters! As you can see from our shop page there are some curious new creatures called Ploofs™. These elusive creatures live and work with the elements of the planet. You can read more about them on their pages. They are in limited supply, but different types will be popping up as soon as they are ready.

Winter Sale 2022

Well here it is, another year has gone by & we’re halfway into January of 2022! I hope everyone had a good Holiday season and your doing good as well. It was blissfully quiet here if not a bit hectic. First up: Our remaining stock of items are ALL on sale AND if your a VIP you can use your 20% off coupon on top of that! Not a VIP yet? Click here to sign up. Most of the remaining items are limited to 1 or 2 pieces, so if you see something you like make sure to grab it ASAP as these items will not be remade/restocked. I just don’t have the room for a ton of inventory. Over the next few weeks you’ll start to see new items in the store. There was a bit of a delay on this end as my husband had full knee replacement surgery in Oct. and it took him into Dec. to be able to start to get around on his own. Pretty gnarly scar too. So it was just me getting everything done so he could start to heal up properly. And yes, the other knee needs replacement too. So the store went on a little holiday while he was recovering. Going forward, there will be changes in fabrics used for the plush. Some new items will be made from the remaining stock of soft fleece and once I’ve run out, the newer plush will move to Minky fabric. I’ve found a local supplier who has a nice variety of colors and may even be able to make custom colors. More on that later. Happy September!

Happy September Everyone! Well here it is, the last four months of the year are starting! I hope everyone is excited for the Spooky Season like we are around here. Halloween falls on a Sunday this year, but I’m sure we’ll all be having fun that entire weekend. What do you have planned for Halloween this year? Drop us a line here or on our social media and let us know. We’ve been getting more requests for custom plush which we don’t do at this time. So in order to fill in that craving, what would you all think of a getting a quarterly subscription box with an exclusive plush not sold on the website, and a variety of related goods included? (Check out the photo at the end of this post as an example) Would this be something you’d like to get or send as a gift? Do you have any requests for items you’d like to get along with your exclusive plush? These boxes would be made in limited quantities and only available for a short time.  Let us know in the comments section, email us or drop us a line on our social media pages. We want to hear from you! Lastly, our latest plush are getting ready for their debut, but will be in limited quantities. Why is everything made in small batches you ask? Summer Wrap up & the Start of Fall

Summer came a bit early here on the West Coast, our temperatures started to get hotter earlier. We were warmer in June this year, so much so, that some of our plants bloomed twice. We’ve had a nice break from the HOT weather this week, but it looks like it’s going to be back by the end of next week. Ugh! I know it’s been crazy weather (again) for many of you, so stay safe out there. I’ve been bugging my husband about us getting our emergency supplies/go bags together this year. Too many crazy things going on & it’s better to be prepared than be in a bind if anything did happen. Our main problem would be earthquakes here. Which would disrupt a LOT of the normal things we rely on. So, a little of bit of proactiveness keeps the stress down. I’ve found a great site that has a lot of free info and their own advice as what would be best if you had to leave everything in an emergency. It’s called https://redfora.com/  . I’m not associated with them other than I think it’s good information to have & gets you thinking as to what you might want to have ready to go in case of emergencies. Some stuff I didn’t really think about having. And remember folks, learn how to use that can opener, you might need it for the Zombie Apocalypse 🧟  (no seriously, some people don’t even know how to open a can w/out a pop top. Yikes!) We now return you to our regularly scheduled news……….. The season of PUMPKIN EVERYTHING has started.  🎃 It’s slowly creeping into stores everywhere! Be on the lookout for food & drinks morphing into their Fall versions this week. We expect a full deluge by September 1st.
