Are you still shipping orders?                                                                                                                                                                                       Yes!  Reginald and Vex is a one person artist operation that ships packages from a small studio, so I’m still able to operate like normal. Postage is bought online, orders are packed and a pick up is scheduled with the mail carrier, preventing any unnecessary trips to the post office.

Orders made during this difficult time helps support my business and are greatly appreciated. This means I’m able to continue to create all kinds of cuteness for you to bring home. All orders are packed by me. Items are stored and shipped from my studio, so no extra people are involved. Any items that arrive from outside sources (such as restocks or supplies) are sanitized and hands are washed thoroughly before and after packing.

Are shipping times affected?                                                                                                                                                                                      USPS is currently experiencing delays as they work within the restrictions and transportation shortages the pandemic has created, but other than extending their delivery windows by a few days, they are still delivering mail on a daily basis.

General Order & Shipping Information

Processing (the making part) and packaging currently takes 3-5 business days, but is often much quicker. Items listed as “Ready to Ship” will ship within 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays after payment clears. Please remember that shipping during Christmas, Holidays, postal holidays, natural disasters and the like will most likely delay your package. Please plan accordingly. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and may be reviewed in cart and prior to completion of checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  

USPS First Class Mail
First Class mail is the cheapest and most reliable shipping method for items under 13oz.  It has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail is a faster option than First Class and is required for any items over 13oz. It has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed

USPS Priority Mail Express
Priority Mail Express is the fastest shipping option available, with a money-back guarantee and overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. Delivery time frame is guaranteed, but does NOT include processing time. Please contact us to use this shipping method.

Transit times are not absolute and may experience a delay, especially during holiday rush. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive before reporting it as lost. Make sure to check your tracking number as well. If you have a deadline, it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure items arrive on time.

I can’t complete my order! I keep getting an error. What’s wrong?                                                                                                                            The most likely reason is that you are entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches. If you are sure that is not the problem, please contact us and we will look into it.                                 Email:

I gave you the wrong shipping address! What do I do?                                                                                                                                                   If you ordered recently, please contact us right away by emailing us your order receipt and give us the correct shipping address. If it hasn’t been mailed yet, we can change the address before it ships.

Can you combine my orders if I placed more than one?                                                                                                                                                   If your orders haven’t shipped yet and are going to the same address, then yes.  Please contact us right away so we can combine the orders.

Can I get my items insured? What about rush shipping?                                                                                                                                      Priority Mail comes with automatic $50.00 worth of insurance. If you wish to add additional insurance to your order please e-mail at with your full name and a copy of your receipt. Additional cost for insurance is based on the value of the order. Rush shipping is available upon request and pricing can vary depending on the weight of the items and the method desired.

An item is out of stock or no longer on the website. Will it be coming back?                                                                                                     Sometimes out-of-stock items are restocked, but items are periodically discontinued to make room for new ones. If an item is no longer on the website it’s likely it won’t be restocked.
